US SHIPPING: 

Objects:

  • free shipping on orders over $150 within the US
  • mati bracelets: $5 flat rate shipping for orders below $150
  • taper candles: $5 flat rate shipping for orders below $150
  • all other items below $150: flat rate shipping of $8.95

Furniture:

$199 nationwide white-glove in home delivery

initiating a return

you will have 10 business days after you receive your package to initiate a return

please email: theshop@parmatile.com with "return: [order #]" as the subject header + your name and we'll get right on it.

 

damage + issues

item must be in original condition + packaging (any damages must be documented via email/pictures within 3 days of package arrival)

 

refunds

refund will be issued on original form of payment if inspection of return is approved (this means item(s) must arrive at our facility prior to any refund being issued)

return shipping will be charged + original shipping cost is non refundable
